Eagle Baseball Update: Thursday tickets at Winnsboro will be online only. No tickets will be sold at the gate. The link for tickets is below: https://www.winnsboroisd.org/page/online-tickets1 Saturdays tickets at Hooks will be sold at the gate. The tickets are $5 (adults) and $3 (Students).

Eagle Baseball Alert: Your Como-Pickton Eagles will be playing the Maud Cardinals in the Bi-District Round of Playoffs. We will be playing a three game series. Tickets will be sold at the gate. Senior/District passes accepted. Adults ($5), and Students ($3). Dates, times, and locations are listed below: Game 1: Thursday May 2nd @ Winnsboro High School starting at 7:30 Como-Pickton will be the home team. Game 2: Saturday May 4th @ Hooks High School starting at 12. Maud will be the home team. Game 3 (if Needed): Will follow game 2. Home team will be determined by a coin flip.

Eagle Pride Alert! Lady Eagles Softball are your Bi-District Champions!!! They beat Linden Kildare in game 2 of the series 13-5! They played amazing defense and recorded 13 hits as a team! The next round will be next week vs the winner between Frankston and Big Sandy when we get all the details we will let y’all know!

Eagle Baseball Update: We will be playing our game against North Hopkins tomorrow at Chisum High School starting at noon. This game will determine the overall seeding for our district. Let's pack the stands and get behind these boys.

Eagle Pride Alert! Official Debate results: Dylan Shumate got 2nd and is going to state. Boston Peeks is 4th and is an alternate to state. Landry Brown made it to quarterfinals and placed 8th! Let these young men hear your praise! We hope you are as proud of them as we are!

Eagle Baseball fans... tonight's game has been canceled due to weather. We will keep you posted on any make-up dates. Eagle Softball fans... the game tonight is at a different location and we are still anticipating a break in the weather long enough to get that game in tonight in Chisum. If that changes we will notify you immediately.

Addison Monk hit a 3 run home run over center to break away in the 3rd inning! Our Next game is tonightat Chisum starting at 6:00 Season record 30-3 Ranked 3rd in state!

Lady Eagles Softball Alert! 3 games series starts tonight at 6:00pm in Paris Chisum Ticket prices (Cash Only): $5 - Adult and $3 - Student/Child Accepting all Passes CP are visitors tonight so they will be on the 1st base dugout side! Come out and support the Lady Eagles as they start playoffs!

Parents of Eagle Athletes! Be sure to ask your student athlete for the invitation forms that were sent home with them for the upcoming athletic banquet! Be sure to have the students return them to the appropriate campus secretary. Let us know if you have any questions!

Eagle Pride Alert! The Lady Eagle Softball team played their seeding game for 1st and 2nd tonight against Alba Golden and won 10-5! It was an incredible game by two top ranked teams. With this win they will enter playoffs this week as the 1st seed and will play Linden Kildare the first round! We will post location, dates, and times as soon as they are finalized! This game was a great representation of how the season has been. An absolute all around team effort and performance! The Lady Eagles are currently ranked 3rd in state!

Eagle Pride Alert! Sean Carpenter and Cade Childress wrapped up the boys track season at regionals in Springtown. Both of these young men performed well and set PR’s in their event! Sean threw 121’9” in the discus. Cade ran an 11:09 in the 3200M and finished with a 5 minute flat mile. Congrats to both of these young men for their season and representing Como-Pickton with such class.

Eagle Softball Fans! The lady Eagles Softball Team will be playing their seeding game Tuesday, April 22nd at LoneOak starting at 6:00pm. We are moving the game to Tuesday because the Regional track meet was moved to today due to the weather on Saturday. Come out and support it will be a great game to watch!

Eagle Pride Alert! On April 4th, 2024, the Como-Pickton Junior High Eagle Band traveled to Gilmer High School to compete in the Region 4 UIL Concert and Sightreading Evaluation Assessment. Each band is evaluated by 3 judges for their stage performance, and 3 different judges in the sightreading room. The band did good on stage, and, for the 2nd time in the Junior High Band's history, these students received a 1st division in the sightreading room. A 1st division is defined as Superior, and is the best score a band can receive. These students have worked diligently to prepare for this concert, and it is clear their hard work has paid off.
