Before this evenings game we were able to honor our one senior Adrian Chambly! Adrian has been a part of Como-Pickton Baseball all 4 years of high school. He has always played selflessly and with a lot of heart! We appreciate what Adrian has done for our program and wish him nothing but the best!!

Eagle Nation!
We don’t know if you are aware of this or not, but we are one of the very few schools in East Texas to be named a Purple Star district by Governor Abbott. We achieved this status because we openly support our military and their families. We hope that you help us to participate in our Wear Purple day to help us give a visual sign of respect to all of our students whose parents are in the military or have served in the military. #EaglePride247

Eagle Pride Alert! VASE stands for Visual Arts Scholastic Event, it's an art competition in which students create, write about the process and qualify works. Students are interviewed and their artworks are juried by certified TAEA jurors. A Rating IV is the mark of an exemplary work of art. This qualifies the student to be entered into the VASE Area Event. After the jury process is complete, artworks that qualify to participate are then processed for the State Event. We had seven students with 9 works of art in which 8 qualified for Area.
Lucas Silva entered two creative paintings, competed in Division 4 and advanced to Area with one work of art. He also had a perfect score on one of his interviews and artwork.
Stevie Pierson entered mixed media, competed in Division 1 and made it to Area.
Kassandra Guevara entered two paintings for VASE and competed in Division 3. She advanced to Area and got a perfect score on one of her interviews.
Andrea Guevara's painting competed in Division 2 and made it to Area.
Rylee Hokett competed in Division 3 and made it to Area. She had a perfect score on her art and interview.
Heather Joiner entered a mixed media painting and competed in Division 3 and advanced to Area. She also had a perfect score on her art and interview.
Evelyn Valdez competed in Division 4 and made it to Area. She had a perfect score on her interview! She was unavailable for this photo.
Congratulations to all our artists!!
