Eagle Nation Reminder: Don't forget we have Open House and the Health Fair Thursday Night!


Our Lady Eagles had a tough loss tonight. They battled back at the end but came up short. They lost 12-13 vs Alba Golden. Gracie Adair and Saylor Smith had back to back 2 run Home runs to rally the girls back in the last inning.
Their next game is Friday at Alba Golden starting at 6:00!

Softball Fans!


Our Lady Eagles softball went in played in the Franklin tournament this weekend against some big schools and some of the best teams out there. They finished the tournament 3-2 but completed strong and got better. Gracie Adair got our first Home run of the season. The team had a total of 37 hits this weekend.
Game Change:
Due to weather coming in on Tuesday we will be moving the game to Monday at Como Pickton starting at 5:00pm this is their first district game so come out and support these girls as the play Alba Golden on Monday!

We are proud to recognize Bella Romero for being picked to play in this years FCA All Star softball game. This makes 3 years in a row for a Como Pickton senior to represent our great school!
The All Star game will be played on June 6th at Tyler Legacy High School! We will keep you updated on how she does!

Eagle Pride Alert!
Our JH boys traveled to Miller Grove for their first track meet of the season. The boys went out and competed well against the other schools with several of our boys helping the team get points.
Below are the athletes and teams that placed at the track meet:
4x100m Relay- 3rd place finish

4x200m Relay- 6th place finish

The boys will be competing in Winnsboro on Monday, March 3rd for their next meet.

The Lady Eagle Softball team keeps it rolling tonight with a huge win over Winnsboro. They won 13-2 and recorded a team total of 16 hits, 7 doubles, and a triple. Next games are in the Franklin Tournament this weekend. We will keep you posted!

Congratulations to Danica Wiggins and Valeria Gonzalez on being selected as an FCA All-Star Cheerleader. They were selected to represent Como-Pickton and participate in the 15th annual NETX FCA All-Star Heart of a Champion game. The game will be held on June 7th at CHRISTUS TMF Rose Stadium in Tyler. We are proud to announce that this team won our 5 on 5 invitational scholarship fundraiser tournament. Congratulations: Ladarius Harrison, Jhonathan Mejia, Kevin Hernandez, Yoan Preciado, Ruben Preciado, Ozzy Preciado, Brinlyn Schepp, and Easton Romero! And Brinlyn Schepp won the 3-Point contest as well.
We also want to thank all of our coaches and administrators who gave up their Saturday raising money for our seniors.
